I would like to sign up for your water bath canning class on Tuesday, September 20 but would like to know the time and the place. Thank you!
Hi Barb. Thanks for your interest! The class is at the Gotta Love It Kitchen (2521 W. Colorado Ave, near Pizza Rustica). It starts at 5:30 PM and will go for two hours. The cost is $15. That’s $10 off the usual price for canning classes and the last one filled up pretty fast, so please email me at Bonnie@HungryChickenHomestead.com or call me at 727-580-3415 to sign up.
Interested in the canning class on Tuesday evening Sept. 20th, do you still have slots available? Thank you!
Bonnie, Thanks for the great class on hot-water bath canning (is that an oxy-moron?), I really injoyed it. The “hot”- “water” part. Anyway, I just thought that maybe you should try a potato peeler next time. Don’t have any idea if that will work. However, you wouldn’t have to blanch the peaches then.
